Roughly chopped Spinach = 8 oz.

Red pepper flakes = 1/4 tsp.

Pasta water Reserved = 1/2 cup.

Minced fresh parsley = 2 Tbsp.

Ground black pepper Fresh and Salt according to taste.

Garlic cloves = 5 medium.

Grape tomatoes = 20 oz.

Extra-virgin olive oil = 1/2 cup.

Step 1:-

Firstly, Oven should be heated to 400 degrees.

Step 2:-

In a 3-quart baking pan, put grape tomatoes and garlic. Add a little salt and pepper and toss with olive oil.  Place the feta in the middle of the red tomatoes, and turn to coat with virgin oil.

For 30 minutes, bake in the centre of a preheated oven.

Step 4:-

Next, take out the baking dish and adjust the oven’s rack so it is in the upper one-third. Bake the dish one more time and raise the temperature to 450 degrees. About 10 more minutes of baking will get the cheese and tomatoes to the point of beginning to brown.

In the meantime, cook pasta in salted water for the recommended time (I used 1 Tbsp. of salt and roughly 3 or 4 quarts of water).
